Each newsletter contains a link allowing you to unsubscribe at any time. When unsubscribing, you may optionally provide the reason for your cancellation. After unsubscribing, your personal data will be deleted. Further processing will only occur in anonymized form to optimize the newsletter.

The newsletter is sent using the service provider BREVO, a newsletter platform by Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. The service provider may use the recipients' data in pseudonymized form, i.e., without assigning it to a specific user, for optimizing or improving their services, such as technical optimization of delivery and newsletter display or for statistical purposes. However, the service provider does not use the data of newsletter recipients to contact them or share it with third parties.

The data you provide for newsletter purposes will be stored until you unsubscribe and then deleted from both OasisGO GmbH's servers and those of the respective service provider. Data stored by OasisGO GmbH for other purposes (e.g., email addresses for the member area) remain unaffected.

This information is necessary to execute transactions. The entered data is processed solely by the respective payment service provider and stored by them. OasisGO GmbH does not receive any information regarding bank accounts or credit cards but only confirmation (approval) or rejection of the payment.

In some cases, the payment service provider may transfer data to credit agencies. This transfer is intended for identity and credit checks.
